Scenario
Letters from key leadership is one of the most common types of communications throughout an organization. These are typically done by ghost writers, Communications Managers, or people with delegation access to a leader’s account or a shared mailbox to send information to the entire organization (All Company). The cadence for these types of communications can range from the rare occasion to a daily or weekly basis.
Setup
These types of campaigns are typically scheduled on a regular cadence, so instead of creating a campaign for each, these should all be set up under one campaign and sent out when needed. This also allows you to compare the metrics on each of the messages over time. Other ways to set this up is by leader or leader group, depending on who is doing the writing, or the leader themselves could set up a single campaign for all messages.
