Describe your topic in plain language and Copilot builds a complete first-draft deck that already applies your organization’s templates, fonts, colors, and imagery through a Brand Kit. Copilot applies your organization’s approved brand assets from the first draft, so what you get is presentation-ready, not a starting point you have to fix.
One-click reusable built-in Skills like “Review this presentation” and “Visualize this slide” run proven multi-step workflows on demand – no rewriting the perfect prompt every time. Skills package expert prompting into a repeatable action — and custom skills let your org encode its own standards and review criteria so everyone’s output meets the same bar.
Copilot pulls content and context from your real work — documents, emails, meetings, files — and turns raw data into clear messaging and data-driven slides. Copilot is grounded in your Microsoft 365 work context, so it can source the content and interpret the data — not just visualize numbers you hand it.
Change backgrounds, remove or add objects, and restyle visuals with a natural-language prompt, applied directly to the image on your slide. No separate design tool or export/re-import round trip. The edit happens in place on the slide, so iteration happens fast, instead of a hand-off cycle.
Point Copilot at an older deck and it applies your current template, normalizes layouts, and enforces brand consistency across every slide. Copilot reflows content into the right layouts as it restyles — preserving your message while modernizing the look.
